If a reminder didn't arrive, the app itself shows why: Geral → Configurações → Ajuda → Diagnóstico (General → Settings → Help → Diagnostics). It lists the permissions, the monitored places and the latest alerts.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Geral → Configurações → Excluir conta (General → Settings → Delete account), at the bottom of the screen. The server immediately deletes the profile, the photo, the sign-ins, the devices, the sessions, the notification tokens and the requests you sent or received. If you signed in with Apple, the server also revokes Lembrei's access to your Apple account. On the device, deleting the account removes places, friends, requests and recent stops; to remove everything else, delete the app. This can't be undone.

How do I cancel my Lembrei Pro subscription?

The subscription is billed and managed by the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lembrei → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription.

I got a new iPhone. How do I get Lembrei Pro back?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, open Geral → Lembrei Pro (General → Lembrei Pro) and tap Restaurar compras (Restore purchases) at the bottom of the screen.

Why does Lembrei ask for “Always” location?

The “Always” permission is what lets iOS remind you when you arrive at or leave a saved place, even with the app closed. To change it, open Settings → Apps → Lembrei → Location.

Your location stays on this iPhone: only the point you choose to include in a reminder leaves it, and only when you send that reminder to someone.
