1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Lembrei is an iPhone app made by Lembrei (“we”), distributed through the App Store. These terms apply to this site and to the use of the app. By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

To use the app, you sign in with Apple, with Google or with your email. You are responsible for access to your device and to the account you sign in with, and for the name, @ and photo you choose to show in your profile. You can export your data or delete the account at any time, as described in the Privacy policy.

3. What the app does

Lembrei lets you save places, set a radius around each one, attach lists and times to those places and get reminders when you arrive or leave. It also lets you send reminder requests to other people, through the app or as a link, save content for later and set up a nightly review routine.

4. Responsible use and limits

Location reminders depend on iOS features, GPS accuracy, the permissions you grant, the battery and the system's own limits (such as the number of monitored regions). Lembrei confirms that you left a place after a short interval to avoid false reminders, but it does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered in every situation. Do not use Lembrei as the only means for critical commitments, health or safety.

5. Requests between people

A reminder request sent to someone is a suggestion. The recipient decides whether to accept it and always owns the trigger on their own device. You are responsible for the content of the requests you send.

6. Lembrei Pro

Some features are part of Lembrei Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription sold and charged by Apple on the App Store, renewing automatically until you cancel in the iPhone's Settings (your name → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the renewal. If you are eligible, you can start with 7 days free. Price, billing, refunds and cancellation follow the App Store's rules. To use Lembrei Pro on another iPhone, tap Restaurar compras (Restore purchases) on the Lembrei Pro screen.

The Lembrei server delivers reminder requests between people and reads Para Depois links. What it receives and keeps is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Lembrei name, icon, interfaces, texts and visual elements of this site and the app belong to Lembrei. Apple, iPhone, iOS, App Store and Apple Maps are trademarks of Apple Inc. The maps shown on this site are illustrations.

8. Warranties and liability

The site and the app are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Lembrei is not liable for losses resulting from reminders that are not delivered, are delayed or arrive outside the expected moment, nor for unavailability of the site or the Lembrei server.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Relevant changes will be announced on this site and, where applicable, in the app.
